With experience as a former music editor and a background in event and video production, she combines creative instinct with commercial strategy to build partnerships that are both culturally relevant and results-driven.

Her work covers the full ecosystem of modern brand and talent collaboration, from partnership strategy and campaign development to content, distribution, and audience growth. Her marketing experience includes copywriting, social media management, and SEO (now AEO), giving him a strong understanding of how content performs and how audiences engage across platforms.

Ray is also the co-producer of the Prison of the Mind, reflecting her wider focus on storytelling that connects culture, wellbeing, and social impact.
